Is there a leader attribute or attributes, that would accelerate system and engine damage for ships in a Task force? I have a TF that has been at sea for only 2 days, but has accumulated system and engine damage that seems too much considering it was steaming at mission speed and wasnt involved in any combat. I am wondering if the TF leader's agressiveness might be pushing the TF a little faster than cruise speed.

No, the factor is crew experience.
