Schatten -> Hong Kong and overland Fuel (3/10/2010 10:38:40 AM)

Is it possible that Fuel from Singapore goes overland to Hong Kong?

I have Singapore and unload Fuel from Palem&co here..it goes definietly away overland.

i have captured now Nanning.Lichow and Kweillin (as Japanese) and no more enemy Units here.

There is a line of railroads, mainroads and small roads between Singapure and Hong Kong.

i have test it sometimes with Tanker Convoys but its very hard to tell if the Fuel comes from Singapure or from Shanghei/Port Arthur.

Anyway Fuel and Oil wander over small roads from Rangoon to Bangkok so it should work for Hong Kong too or?
It would spare some days for the Tanker Convoys if they can load the Fuel in Hong Kong except go to Singapore.

has anyone test it?

I haven't got there yet but from what I have heard it flows to the largest port. Do you think the fuel flows that far all the way from Port Arthur?

I am just curious, when did you take Singapore in your game? I am still only in the first month of the war as the Japanese so am curious how I am doing compared to other Japanese players. In my game the Philipines will defenately fall before Malasia.

middle 42, its now late 42 in my game.

the point is, Hong Kong has all time over 100k Fuel and i have absolutly no idea from where its coming.
Port Arthur is the one Option and Singapore the other, see no other possible Fuelcenters connected to Hong Kong
