This soundtrack is public domain and comes from www.alienhand.dk it's also freely available at eve-files.com I have not gained specific permission to distribute it, but since the artist have made it public domain I see no reason to as I'm not trying to make money off it. The artist is called Kenneth Ansberg aka Alien Hand. The music is very ambient compared to the standard soundtrack which seems a bit too emperical march like to me :) So if you just want a nice ambient sound in the background this mod is for you. Just download and extract into your customization folder. Then change the theme to the Alienhand mod. File one File 2 Final file Now conquer the galaxy to the sweet electronic beats.

Really didnt like the music in this game actually, i'll give this a try :) Heck, i may just copy the original eve soundtrack (since i own that game) ;P

I cant believe how much this adds to the game.. Im actually getting a spacey feel when playing now, as opposed to an i-dont-know-what-to-call-it-but-certainly-not-space-opera-feel [&o]

I actually really enjoy the standard music, but that's another purely subjective thing I guess.

I think the original music is perfect, and actually quite space opera like. I don't know why, but I love listening to Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots by The Flaming Lips whilst playing sci fi games. Verrrry spacey [:)]
