Hi Damador, That is almost certainly because the bank or card company is reporting different information from what you have entered. If you e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your order ID I can get the store to directly contact you and figure out what data field is causing the problem so that you can place the order successfully. If it has worked elsewhere, it's because our store is more picky when it comes to these security checks. Regards, - Erik
