Just changed the 2nd air division HQ - circa 60 PP's, to be subordinate to the southern army HQ - then found I could fly out all the 2nd air divisions air units out of Manchukuyo free of PP's.....[X(]

Wad afaik. If one changes a HQ the sub units change also. But yes, in case of the 2nd it feels like cheating :)

Well I'm not moving them out of Manchukuo without paying the PP's for them - I just thought it could be fixed by the developers - by making it 500PP or whatever the total PP cost of the HQ plus the air units are...[:)]
