Hey Erik,

I think I found two more small bugs.

1) Fleets occasionally change their home planet to one a few places down in the home planet list, even with fleet automation off. I think it's being caused by new planet colonization introducing a wrong index in the array containing the home colony references.

2) My research teams recently developed nuclear warheads to use as planetary bombardment weapons. However, when using the auto-upgrade function on the fleet list, the game keeps changing the normal space-to-space weapons to these bombardment weapons. Even on space stations, where such weapons would be useless. This is rather annoying, and causes ships that have either space torpedoes or bombardment nukes but never both.
