Starbase auto retrofit?

Pulas -> Starbase auto retrofit? (4/3/2010 3:38:12 AM)
Is there any way to have my starports/bases get retrofitted automatically? Mining stations as well. I upgrade the designs but then having to go through all of em is a pain! Am i missing something?
