Can someone help me?
Matrix PM system say's I have 72 messages in my folders- but I dont have any! I delete my recieved messages as I go.
When I check the folders it says there are no messages there! What is going on?

As such I cant recieve any PM's- I have already sent an email to matrix about it ages ago but no one replied!

Please help!:(

There is also a folder for sent items which you can delete. Your 72 messages are probably there.

I just had a look at that!

There were 3 items- I deleted them- but is still says I have 72 messages which are just not there!!!!! Its says they are in my folders but there is nothing there!

Did you also check message tracking?

Hi marc!

Just checked that too- with the other few messages I deleted and the one I found in tracking I still have 69 messages unaccounted for!

I cant find the other 69 for the life of me! They're not in the folders, tracking or sent.

Could you guys at matrix look into it for me if your not to busy?

Go to your CP check PMs there and check what the date setting is:

Show Messages From:

last day
last 2 days
last 5 days
last 10 days
last 20 days
last 30 days
last 45 days
last 60 days
last 75 days
last 100 days
the last year
the beginning (<- set to this to view all messages ever)

Just done it- found another 3 messages!

Now I have 66 more to find!
