Itīs not the percentage of available load remaining, itīs how much already is loaded. If you fully load your freighters, you will see 100 in the end. And if theyīre fully loaded, they wonīt have all their capacity remained I guess... [;)]
In the above example, Betelguese is 40% full and has 60% capacity left, while Fuller is only 6% loaded and has 94% left.
