A table below shows materials in Sakhalin(Karahuto) which consists of two Bases, Toyohara and Shikuka.
Is oil storage in Sakhalin limited?

All of oil produced at Toyohara seems to be transported to Shikuka and oil storage at Toyohara is always 0.
But Shikuka stores no more than 30000 oil.
After a tanker TF loaded some oil at Shikuka in turn 117, quantity of oil begins to rise again.

thereīs a max of oil and resources that can be stored at a base, I canīt remember the exact ratio of what is produced there to what can be stored there.
