Playing as Germany I'm in May '42. Polish partisans appear almost every turn, but... this it. No partisans in Russia, Yugoslavia, Greece... nothing. Am I missing something or is this WAD?

I´d have to agree with Borsook. I´ve seen lots of partisans in Poland (both western and eastern) and also around Lviv, Hrodna and Vilna but I guess they are also original Polish territories? But, up until late´43 not a single one anywhere else, and Poland is far more heavily garrisoned than the rear areas of occupied Russia.

same problem with me . I guess it is another pbem bug ? partisans units don't appear , exactly the same phenomen than with regular "events reinforcement" ?
