You can implement salary yourself,
all the stuff is their for you to fill in the info regarding salary

but enforcing (Haha) it would be manual on every team

The fields are in the database, but the game does not have salaries.

If someone from the FBPro community has the source code to FBPro Front Office (Com Manager), then I would have to believe it would be relatively easy to port by JD or another VB guru.
