There seems to be a bug in the 1.0.4.9 pirate truces. I paid for a 6 month truce with a pirate faction at the start of the game. The truce expires on 2754.07.08. However, the game date is now 2754.07.21, and the pirate truce is still in effect.

Save game file uploaded as "vengen Quameno Pirate Issue 2754-07-21".

Did you post the correct dates? According to the dates you posted your pirate truce has only been in effect for 13 days.

The dates posted are correct. On 2754.07.08, the truce should have ended. It's now 13 days after the truce should have ended, and it's still in effect.
