Not too long ago I noticed a post on supply that I unfortunately didn't study that seemed to stir up a hornets nest. I didn't pay enough attention, but I guess there have been major changes and I am unable to supply my inland bases. My manual is not helping, it seems like there was some kind of table or something, but Alzheimers is killing me. Can anyone tell me where I need to go to figure out supply?

Thanks, that helps, it looks like the key would be to create large supply stockpiles at nearest coastal base to feed nearby bases
