Not really - if you were around in the original WITP days - you can recall all the "angst" from the forumites regarding patches that "required restarts". Since taking over the WITP code in March 2006 - and continuing on through today - our policy has been to avoid "restart required" patches - and so far - we've held to that policy.

I'm not sure where to post this question, so I'll try here.  I'm sure someone will correct me if its the wrong place.  I just started a GC with the new patch, having played smaller scenarios before, and while I may be missing something, I don't see any provision in this otherwise excellent game for allied code breaking.  Is there something buried there that I am overlooking?

Allied SigInt is better than Japanese SigInt, though the difference is constant over the war.
