uploaded as "taltamir 1.0.6.0 2010-07-22 can not unload troops.7z"

I am trying to unload troops from troop transport "TT3" to the planet "Yogame 6" I ctrl+right click the planet, then I select "unload troops", the ship docks with the planet, refuels, and undocks without unloading the troops.

if I first load up the transport fully, then simply right click on the planet, then it unloads troops.

I don't have a save, but I too am having problems unloading troops to my own planets.

My homeworld was under attack and I was trying to use two Troop transports to drop reinforcements onto the planet, they would fly to the center of the planet, then move back into orbit and it would say mission complete, but the troops were still onboard the transports.

Luckily I survived the invasion with one troop unit left (phew!) then I tried unloading the troops several times (because the planet needed more than 1 troop in-case they attacked it again) but the same thing happened.
