I find I'm usually unable have a construction ship queue a resort for later building, if the target location is a black hole. I've seen this work fine elsewhere (planets?), and I do get options to build other things via queue, just not the resort.

I use queue for construction ships a-lot as it lets me get specific things built, without interrupting their current task. //Torrenal

yeah I have run into this issue as well, it's legit.

Yeah, I had this issue in the vanilla version when it came out. Apparently it was fixed in a later version but I haven't played DW for a few months so assumed it had been sorted.
