I am sure this has aleady been posted (probably a couple of years ago).

Still, I can't find a ference so I am forced to ask.

What do the color codes in the pilot training windows mean.

I understand that white means current level and green means they improved in the current month.

What about orange and red?

Green is improvement from the previous day and orange improvement the current month.
