David Heath told me he has checked the download section for SPWAW and that all links work. I just tried downloading 4.0 to 4.1 and got a 531,539,507 sized download. That seems to be the correct size. I am now going to try to install it. But I was able to download 4.0 to 4.1 with no problem. I succesfully downloaded 4.0 to 4.1 upgrade and it installed with no problem. So as far as I can see there is no longer a problem with the downloads. Hey Wild Bill! I was able to get the 4.4 upgrade thanks to Robber. I've been trying the matrix site and still can't get the 4.1 manual. Can you help? Thanks!

My world at war manual is 4.0. My combat command manual is 4.1.

I guess I don't have the latest manual. It says version 4.0 and there is no date.
