ORIGINAL: uncleharpoon Guess he selectively read the site, and sort of ignored the banner across the top of the page. "All content is (C) 2007 AGSI. May not be reproduced or quoted without written permission of AGSI." Of course, he has a copyright notice at the bottom of his page - containing our material. Go figure Some day they all understand it, some day... It is not that difficult to understand. The copyright notice at the end of the FAQ is a standard disclaimer for any unofficial FAQ: --------- COPYRIGHT --------- This guide may not be reproduced under any circumstances except for personal, private use. It may not be placed on any web site or otherwise distributed publicly without advance written permission. Use of this guide on any other web site or as a part of any public display is strictly prohibited and a violation of copyright. All trademarks and copyrights contained in this document are owned by their respective trademark and copyright holders. Copyright 2010 Herman Hum ...It recognizes both the copyright owner of the game the FAQ is about (Harpoon ANW owned by AGSI, in this case) and the writer of the FAQ (Herman Hum in this case). It is so common and standard that, I admittedly [:)] used the same Copyright disclaimer at the end of Assassin's Creed 2's Unofficial FAQ as the main reference: http://www.gamefaqs.com/pc/956857-assassins-creed-ii/faqs/58382 Check any other FAQ on Gamefaqs (a perfectly reputable site) for other examples. Of course the reason why sites like Gamefaqs exist is that usually companies ranging from EA and Ubisoft to the smallest of indie developers are quite happy everytime someone contributes to their games with content and help using his own time and money. I would be surprised if that isn't the same case here. If not... well, Harpoon sees a lot of unusual things going on - usually against it. And this is, at least to me, hard to understand.
