[:)] The same goes for North Dakota. Seen some pretty good ones though. Staying with my friends in Bozeman, MT a few years back; I was out on thier deck watching the Northern Lights (as we call the Auroras). I told them about it the next day. They were pretty disappointed that I didn't wake them. The Northern Lights I guess are pretty rare where the live.

OK, computer technical question for you fellow geeks, especially the artists like Dixie and Des. I have found a gif of a section of a sphere that my wife wants to use for our son's Halloween costume. It is 1/6th of the sphere. When measured, it is currently about 7.5 x 2.5 inches in size. Can anyone tell me an easy way to resize it up to 24 x 8 inches? That is the size of the pattern pieces my wife needs to make the covering for the sphere. Here's a link to the .gif: http://images.silverseams.com/opensource/spheres/sphere6.gif I'd like to print the resized image on a few sheets of paper and then cut/tape them for my wife's pattern.

I have it downloaded. Give me a little bit, I just got a project to set up. Finally some hours.[:)] I should be able to smooth the edges just fine. I just need to know on the PDF files. 11x17 or 8.5x11 sheet(s)? Or a architectural 22X34? if the smaller sizes I'll break the 1/6th sphere to fit the sheets.
