I have never done a PBEM but have had both War in the Pacific and Admiral's edition. I have been working through the play mechanics and feel confident enough to play as the Allies for a campaign game. I would like to by 1-Day turns and keep a schedule of 1 turn a day. House rules can be quickly negotiated as I have only a few ideas along those lines. So I am seeking someone to play the Japanese with some PBEM exprience who might have to help me get started with advice to do PBEM best practices. I am on the eastcoast of the US and have very early work hours and most weekends free so I might be able to do 3-4 turns over the weekend.
