Well, as the thread "Critical Eval of Amph Assault Model" attests, playing as Japan I have an stranded Allied unit at Kwajalein, while the atoll remains in my hands.

Question:

If I send an amphibius TF with reinforcements, they have to do a mandatory Shock Attack, or I can disembark and issue orders normally ?

I'll leave it to those who actually know to say for sure, but I believe that if you control the base, you won't have to shock attack.  [:)]

That's my guess too.

Me too. But, be ready for the over-stacking penalty to supplies.

You won't have a mandatory shock attack, if you control the base then you can unload as many units as the atoll can handle.
