This problem has been probably already adressed before.
I have changed recently for a new computer equiped with Window 7 and a large screen (19").
I am unable to get a map covering fully the screen. I have tried different screen resolutions but it seems there is a limit.
Any ideas ?

Can you post the shortcut's edited entry of the target field?

It should look similar to this:

"C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\War in the Pacific Admiral
Edition.exe" -wd –altFont -f -px1920 –py1200"

Yes I have exactly entered this command but only half of the screen is covered by the game window. I was wondering if it is possible to have a full screen as it was the case with my previous computer equiped with Vista and a 17" screen.

Yes, that should be possible.

The numbers after -px and -py specifiy the resolution, and the resolution must be supported by the video adapter and your monitor.

When I edited my shortcut, I had some problems with the hyphen. I don't remember exactly what it was, but I think at first I tried to copy&paste the line from the "What's New" PDF. That didn't work, so I typed everything manually, and it worked immediately.

I think (from memory) that the "What's New" notes used a dash and not a hyphen, or maybe the reverse. They look very, very similar. (There are also several kinds of dashes, em dashes and en dashes being the most common, but that's mostly a thing for typesetters.)

Solved problem I needed all short minus signs. Did not realize there was a defference.
