I just read that all parties of an alliance receive the same victory points upon an enemy surrendering. This raises the question of just what happens if one member of an alliance does not have the minimum casualties against the surrendering nation? If it is just a one on one then the victory points would be reduced to reflect the lower victory standards. What if other members of an alliance far exceed the minimum, but one does not? Are they all reduced due to the one under achiever?

OK-52 hits and no answer yet. So, I will answer my own question (partially) as the surrender in question has finally come. The rules I mentioned are correct-that is how the game works. An alliance which is surrendered to will have each member receive the same amount of victory points. The only difference was in the amount of glory received. In this case I received 74 and my ally received 50. I assume this is due to the difference in the "slaughter rate", but I'm not sure. Part of the question still stands though; what if an ally fails to inflict the minimum amount of losses to gain the full amount of victory points awarded. The points would then be prorated. I am inclined to think that all members of the alliance would receive the lower amount. Perhaps the losses inflicted in an alliance are also merged and averaged-that would help eliminate that possibility.

I think (but not sure) you are not right and amount of losses is counted together too ... so only possibility is, that all losses of Alliance are not enough ...
