Will Radar Stations located on a AA unit play a role in Scrambeling and "when we detected them" calculation ??

I can only tell you from results I have achieved.  Every extra radar of every type affects preparedness for an enemy air raid.  The longer the range of that radar the better.  Many AA radars are short range and will minimally impact such things.
