Why can't I get some infantry unit to load onto transports in the first scenario? Specifically, some of the units in Brisbane will not get on the transports.:confused:

Check which formation the units that you are trying to load belong to. According to the manual, allied units belonging to Northern Command cannot be transported away from Australia (they got homesick).
