for those who might be interested. Check this site out. Mid-Atlantic Air Museum......They have a awsome WWII weekend (go every year) and have a P61 Black Widow they are restoring....will be 1 of 4 in the world but the only one that will fly.

My dad flew P61s during WWII. He had been in a US Army Beaufighter unit in the Med, but came back to the US to train flight crews in late 44. In 45 he was assigned to a P61 sqdn but was never deployed outside CONUS again until Korea. It seems somebody had gone and dropped a couple of big ol'e bombs on Japan....

I've never seen a real P61 at a museum anywhere. Anybody know if any are out there?
