If I cant help you, I can find someone who works with MAtrix or AGSI that perhaps has better expertise that can help you. Either way I can provide you with a copy of the basic manual, I just need info on the operating system and version of ANW you are using. There is a basic manual for UANW which came with the release. There is also an advanced manual if you need that as well. Hopefully I can be of some assistance. Adam
