When creating custom battles/ops/camps in the scenario editor, put the cursor on any map "diamond" that has one or more Battlegroups (BGs) associated with it, hold the Shift key click to open the Scenario Map Entry Information window. Here you can specify which VL(s) will be used as deploy zones, and/or how many Battlegroup Points will be available to the associated BGs.
