What do you regard as some of the most balanced scenarios? I would prefer one of 30 turns or less, but balance is more important. Attached is the list of scenarios tested at Rugged Defense, sorted by the most games tested. I highlighted a couple that seem to be the best balance of the most-tested.

What do you all think from your experiences?

This looks like one the size that I would like, but out of balance enough for me to challenge veteran Larry Fulkerson against newbie me and he gets to be USA.

Not that there would ever be a modern-day version of the Korean War again. That's just not realistic. Hmmm.

My "Cambrai 1917" scenario is about as balanced as you can get. Both sides even get to take the offensive:

I'm saving the link and that might be just what we tackle in the near future. Thanks for the scenarios that you've built.

Anybody else have a favorite scenario that is very balanced? Especially you long-time veterans?

If you don't mind hypothetical try Blitzkrieg. It's adapted from the board game and the forces are practically identical.

Is it Blitzkrieg 1950 in the hypothetical folder?
