planner 3 -> RE: member area (12/5/2010 8:16:52 PM)

barkorn. I posted above, if you change either your provider or Email addee it seems like this site no longer recognizes you ?????????
It's a fluke but it cost me my original ID here.

barkman44 -> RE: member area (12/5/2010 8:51:07 PM)

Lascar -> RE: member area (1/15/2011 12:22:45 AM)

I see others are having the same problem with the member club that I am. I had a long established account but am not longer able to login. I thought perhaps I had forgotten my password and submitted a "forgot password" request, several times, and no response from the system. I then emailed Erik Rutins a couple times but have not received a response. I then sent a message to the members club administrator via the contact form provided under the Corporate section and no response from that quarter either.

Also, I was unable to download a patch for Hannibal from the link provided. It just times out. I was finally able to download via a ftp client. Is anyone else have difficulty downloading by web browser?

The member club login and patch downloads worked fine with the previous Matrix web software. Since the update to the new version it seems to be having problems that need to be addressed.

pmaidhof -> RE: general (2/9/2011 10:34:23 PM)

I am having the identical problem. It is odd that I can log into the foum, but the member area, it recognizes me if I try to register, but it does not recognize if I try to log in? I asked for my passord to be mailed to me last night and again this evening...no joy. My email address and provider have not changed. I need to register my serial number for TOAW III after getting a new computer.

Help

When I look at the membership list so, I see quite a few bots.
Would even a consideration to clean up worth the membership list.
