Total admin points and rail capacity (Full Version)

Where do I find the total number of administration points availabe for a turn, and how many I have expended?

I also need help with where to find the total number of units I'm allowed to transport via rail for a turn, and how much of that allowance I have used.

In Movement Mode (F1), the available APs are shown in the upper right corner (see SS). In my example, it's the German first turn of the 41 Campaign Game. The Germans start the game with 30 APs, and at normal game settings, accrue 50 APs per turn. Rail capacity is shown in the same area, replacing the Motor Pool numbers, after entering Rail Mode (F2).

However each setting pro or con you have 5 less or more. Thus challenging as the Axis you only get 45ap's...
