On the same asteroid?

It has a scenery bonus and is 94% gold. Can I build both stations and still get both bonuses? Or am I limited to one?

PS - side question. If I have a black hole giving 50% bonus to High Technology research can I build multiple HT research facilities on it?

Yes, and alternatively...

You can design a resort base with a mining engine on it and accomplish the same thing with 1 base...but you will likely have to build these manually...sometimes the AI gets it right, but most of the time it will choose a resort or a mine, not the one with both. [8|]

As for your PS, you can build as many stations around it as you want, but realize that the 50% is empire-wide. You could build others around it to increase the defensive capability (and get more research), but the 50% applies to all your tech research regardless.
