As we noticed just yesterday in our Scen 2 game, subs on both sides got bugged after the application of database changes from the patch 05. Screenshots are in the attached archive, but in essence, the actual number of torpedo tubes on most types dropped to 2-4, while the number of mounts remained as it was (but this does not mean anything in the actual play), so now we have weapon groups with mounts bigger than the group's size. And, of course, neutered subs. Can anything be done to fix this, without returning to an earlier save and continuing the game without applying the database changes?

The data changes restructured a lot of the subs to split out the tubes. Because of this, applying the data changes to an existing game makes the sub weapon list differ from it's new class weapon list.

Because of this fundamental change to the ship structure, it is not a good idea to apply the data patch. This was discussed quite a bit at the time of patch 5 release.

However, once said, the latest beta patch (6) does bring the weapons back into line once the sub hits any friendly port.

Is it an instant fix when they replenish in a port or do they need to upgrade/go into shipyard, any particular port size required?
