I paid for the expansion on Dec. 18. The Plimus company wouldn't complete my transaction until they called me to confirm the transaction. Only one problem: I don't have a phone. I replied to their response that I don't have a phone, but I figured that since I responded to their email, I must be a legit customer. This was done on Sunday and Monday. I haven't heard anything from them today. They say to have patience, but I don't have a lot of that, especially since I've purchased other Matrix games with no problems at all. I'm using my own payment device which is officially in my name. I really want to play with the new expansion, but that's a tough thing to do when I prohibited from purchasing the game. How can we work around this problem quickly?
