There is an identified bug in the beta patch where the Withdraw Ship button does not appear. I have it in my game, and it was posted and responded to in the Tech Section. It will be fixed in the final patch code. If you still have the pre-beta EXE file under the old shortcut, you can lauch the game from it, withdraw the ship(s), save, and then relaunch with the beta patch. Or, you can suck up the PP losses until the final patch comes out after the holidays.
