Multiple races with research stations at planet / Retrofit issues / Planet info issue
In my current game I've encountered a planet with two research stations, one Guardian and another of a different race. If I can't build when there's another base present, no one else should be able to!! :P
Also, I'm pretty sure that the Guardians teleported a research base onto Buunta 3 because it appeared there in the time it took for me to send a construction ship there. :(

Also, I've notice from time to time with 1.5.0 that my ships/stations don't always fully retrofit. In the save below, look at the Immortal Zenith, it's running a 350 size design, but is only 278 size. The only way to fix the unit is to retrofit it to another/upgraded design.

Also, this is not fixed. As I mentioned in my original bug report about this, it appears to be an issue with the population information on planets with multiple races.
