1jasonoz -> Just bought game online but can't download! (12/28/2010 8:23:27 AM)

Purchased the game through slitherine online, paid for it, transaction details sent from Plism (slitherine order processing website) with URL download link for the game I'd just purchased. Clicked on link, was unable to actually download game until login details supplied via Plism. Not possible to login via Plism link. Am now unable to receive the game which I've paid for as there have been too many attempts to access the download link. I'm now locked out from downloading the game at all. Matrix games FIX THIS NOW as I've paid for a game which I can't access.

What browser are you using?

Have you read the FAQ ("sticky" thread above your post) in "Tech Support")?

If all else fails please try to directly contact Erik (here is what he usually writes in such cases):

Please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your order info and I can ask the store to re-send your download link. You should also check your spam filter as the e-mail with the download link may be caught there.

Regards,

- Erik

Hi there thanks for the response; I was using Explorer 8 when attempting to download, then changed to Mozilla as per this sites instructions and was told that there had been to many download attempts and that i had to contact the manufacturer of the game. This now occurs on both Explorer 8 & Mozilla no matter what i try. Also i posted my issue on the tech support sticky you mentioned and now another poster has posted in there the very same issues about being able to download from the link as me.

Have you tried to contact Matrix helpdesk or Plimus directly? Usually Erik quite responsive, but apparently the holiday season creates some extra delays.

Yep i have sent an email to Eriks email, and i get an automated response that he is out of office till the 3rd of January. In the response i get told to send an email to Matrix support about my issue, i then get another automated response telling me to go to matrix support to then log into the members club (which requires me to register another account along with the forums). I have just had to register on the members club, put forward my complaint about this issue and i guess i will bnow have to wait for someone to actually take some notice and do something about this issue!

Just a thought while waiting for Erik, I note that you purchased through Slitherine. Even though Slitherine and Matrix are now kinda one, you might try contacting someone at Slitherine directly via the website where you made the order. As I say, it's just a thought but it might get a response before Jan3.
