I'm noticing when i colonize a system even though there is a "Potential Research Location" in the system it goes away from the left sidebar quick selector. Basically i used to see a location that had a research bonus in the "potenial Research Locations" selector, and i no longer see it. I can still find it on the "main galaxy map" -> "View Research Locations". When i look at the planet that has a research bonus it is uncolonized and un-utilized.
