Grouchy -> RE: Noob question #1 - Max % TOE (1/1/2011 1:22:37 PM) If a divison normally has 300 riflesquads it will fill up only to 240 riflesquads if you set it's TOE to 80%. Say you want to attack with AGS in 1942 it can be usefull to set the armies attached to it to a higher TOE % then those attached to AGM and AGN. You will channel most of your replacements to the proper units this way.
