Good Afternoon,
I am have a couple of problems with this game. First of all I have downloaded and installed the game and downloaded and (I believe) installed the 1.81 patch properly; however, when I attempt to launch the game it allows me only to update, or manual. There is no play button. When I attempt to update through Matrix it links and launches the patch; but, there is no visible progress. Do I have to download the patch through the game in order for it to recognize that it has been patched? I am just ignorant about how to start this game? Secondly when I attempt to register I get an invalid serial number. I purchased from Gamer's Gate and received an e-mail with the serial number and I have attempted to paste it in the appropriate place all to no avail.
Please assist if possible.
