I noticed some units come equipped with searchlights, these I assumed is to assist in anti-aircraft fire against night bombing runs. My question is, if a unit in the hex comes with it, does all AA in the hex benefit from the searchlight, or are the benefits limited to the unit that has the searchlights?

Just a guess...the whole hex. The base doesn't take up the entire hex is the way I figure it.

Since the light is a device of one particular LCU, I am gonn a say the light only benefits that one LCU and its' guns..(Would a 20mm cannon on a P 38 benefit a Hudson in the same formation?)....I wonder if there are any aircraft with lights for ASW work??

How can a p-38 not benefit a hudson? I know that if I was the hudson, I'd be getting benefit by having the p-38's cannons out there. [8D]
