pejsek -> Off map resources and supply - possible bug (1/9/2011 1:38:22 PM) It seems that for the Soviet player, resources produced in an off-map city are used only by HI on that location, excess resouces donīt flow to on-map cities with HI without resources. Supplies produced off-map seem to be consumed by on location industry only too. As a result many on-map factories donīt produce due to lack of resources/supplies. Using 1.02 Beta 1

pejsek -> RE: Off map resources and supply - possible bug (1/9/2011 5:56:12 PM) I also noted that there are two Soviet towns on the map, Kirs and Solikamsk, with resource production not connected to the railroad. Resources just accumulate there.
