Subject more-or-less says it all.
House rules are open to discussion; in general, anything reasonable is fine. I plan on playing "honorably" and I hope my opponent will do the same.
Two day turns are preferred because of how they move the game along but one day turns would be fine too. I hope to manage two game turns a day after the first. I'm in the US Central time zone if that makes a difference.
I've played two AE and a half-dozen vanilla WITP campaigns either to completion or until it wasn't fun anymore, so I have a reasonable level of experience with the system. OTOH, this will be my first game versus a real opponent so the turn exchange mechanics will be new to me.
