This is the 2nd time I've had this problem. Recently upgraded to a new PC (again), and can't get this game to reinstall as I no longer have the serial number or the download. I've tried going through the automated options to return the number but my email address has changed (slightly), as has my credit card, and I have no copy of the old emails.
Is there any way of going about getting my license number now? They tell me they don't even have the game under my old email address but that seems a bit hard to believe because it was only a couple of years ago.
