As most of the Soviet Divisions are directly attached to an Army and not to a Corps, I wanted to check when the range of action of an Army HQ is 15 hexes, and when is 5 hexes. Consulting the manual I have made the following list.
Supply=5
SU commitment to a battle=5
Leader checks= independent of distance if unit is directly attached to that HQ
Providing support squads=15
Providing construction help to build forts=5
Please, correct or expand this list if necessary
