There have been some great threads recently on air R&D. I wanted to put together some information on this and maybe write up the wiki when I am done so we all have a resource. couple of items I need some clarification on.
1. it has been said that you can change R&D factories from one aircraft to a later aircraft of the same model without damaging the factory. IE you can have a R&D factory for oscar-IIa and change it to IIb without damaging it.
****What is the time frame that this can be done?
****Where can I find the airframe progression this is allowed for? Some of the frames (Tony does the 100 follow the others?, Zero, etc) are confusing.
2. It has been said that each point adds a point to research as if constructing frames but then others say there is a diminishing return... Anyone have any opinions here?
I will update with answers and more questions as they fill out. Please help me create this resource for everyone!
