Cant redownload games. (Full Version)

I have two games but I lost it in a computer crash. I tried to redownload via Digital River but it says it doesnt recognize my order number. Have no clue where to go from here.

Any help would be nice.

The games are Forged of Freedom and Operational Art of War III
