http://www.lonesentry.com/intelbulletin/tt_trends.html I was reading WWII "Tactical and Technical Trends" Series and in the #30: July 29, 1943 - "The Todt Organization and Affiliated Services" section it mentions "motor trains" [sorta like the Red Ball express]consisting of 200-300 trucks bringing supplies from Berlin and other German supply points to AGC in 41'; each convoy hay had 6-9,000 tons of supply and could make a round trip in a week. Because this a wartime pub; my question to the experts, is if the Germans reallly did this?
